Manda Nkuhlu
Founder and Managing Director
Manda Nkuhlu has over 15 years of executive leadership experience across the property and financial services sectors, with a focus on real estate investment, fund management and financial structuring. He has held senior management and executive roles in both private and public sector environments, leading strategic investment initiatives and complex capital transactions.
His experience spans deal structuring, asset management and development-related advisory, with particular exposure to property-led and capital-intensive projects. As Founder and Managing Director, he is responsible for the execution of the Group’s strategy, oversight of projects and coordination across partners and stakeholders.
Manda holds a Bachelor of Science (Honours) degree from the University of Cape Town and an MBA from the Gordon Institute of Business Science.
Professor Wiseman Nkuhlu
Chairman
South Africa’s first black Chartered Accountant (CA(SA)) and former Chairman of KPMG South Africa. He brings more than five decades of experience across accounting and auditing, investment management and board leadership in both the public and private sectors.
Professor Nkuhlu has held several senior leadership and governance roles, including former Chancellor of the University of Pretoria. He has previously chaired organisations such as Rothschild (South Africa), the Development Bank of Southern Africa and the Council on Higher Education, among other boards.
He has served two terms as President of the South African Institute of Chartered Accountants and two terms as President of the Black Management Forum. Internationally, he served as President of the International Organisation of Employers in Geneva and participated actively in United Nations forums on global economic and labour issues.
Professor Nkuhlu previously served as Economic Adviser to the President of South Africa and as Chief Executive Officer of the NEPAD Secretariat. He was awarded the Ordre National de la Légion d’Honneur by the French Republic. He holds multiple honorary doctorates, and his biography, A Life of Purpose, was published in 2014.
